Think traditional HK style fast food, the so called Cha Chan Tengo, this is one great representation of it. The food is not fancy but full of the taste and vibes of such restaurants. The service is actually pretty good: fast, efficient, and courteous. I have found that services in HK has been greatly improved from the stereotype of grumpy waiters. Of special note is the milk tea here which is rich but not too creamy and the tea has its distinctive flavor (including the Assam tea flavor that I like a lot). For only 40hkd, you can have a "meat meal" (扒餐), it's a bowl of noodle with one “song” (餸), a reasonable-sizd piece of meat (beef, chicken or pork), an iconic bun with butter pre-filled, a piece of tomato and a piece of cucumber, and a cup of coffee or tea. Enough to fix your hunger.
