Backpacked all over Colombia and this place was one of my top restaurants by far. The food is simple and sososo tasty with a lovely family running the restaurant. Visited a couple times during my stay in Salento and definitely recommend the Trucha Campesina con Champiñones y queso. Closes early so make sure to visit early. Every dish comes with a complimentary beverage (strawberry agua fresca), patacón (thin fried plantain), salad, and rice.

Nice little bar in the main street of Salento, we walked by and heard life music so we decided to sit down and enjoy a glass of res wine, chilled and beautiful atmosphere, with the candle bottles, really nice touch, the music was chilled aswell, nice place to have a drink or a coffee after the sunset. Don’t forget to tip the musician.
