This was a bucket list experience, for sure! When passing through Prague with some beer enthusiast friends, we decided to take a break from trekking across town, and we relaxed in a beer spa.
The place is extremely clean, and the staff exceptionally friendly. We checked in and a member of the staff explained all the amenities to us.
We had a room with 3 tubs for 5 people (2 couples and one solo). The attendant showed us to a locker room (boys and girls are separate), and you are able to leave your clothes and packs in a secure (locked) location, and replace your wardrobe with your swim suit (you are given robes, towels, and sandals.
As you enter your room the attendant will have the water running in each of the beautifully crafted wooden barrel-like tubs. The attendant adds beer components like hops to your bath, and the aromas are truly intoxicating.
Each tub has a beer tap and mugs, and there is a shelf across the tub to rest your beer. This is a beer lovers paradise as it's your own personal unlimited beer tap with local Czech beer (Pilsner).
This was not only relaxing, but it was also a fun friend-bonding experience. We had the room for about an hour, and it was well worth the cost. At the end we were gifted a bomber sized Czech beer for the road.
Some Tips:
Make sure you come prepared to drink as you have unlimited beer. It is a spa, and the water is warm, so, make sure you are hydrated. There may be a sauna in your room; make sure you don't use it unless you're prepared to pay quite a bit extra. This was not explained to us as we entered the room. Also, you will most likely want to book online and in advance. This is a wonderful experience, and openings fill up quick!
NOTE: this is NOT a tub filled with beer! It is a tub with the components of beer in a relaxing environment (spa) where you can drink as much beer as you like
Again, this was such a great experience, and one of my fondest memories of...
Read moreIt was one of the 1st things we booked for our visit to Prague . We pre-booked it online a couple of weeks in advance but could book a few days prior. Different options you can choose from. The experience is interesting, and I never knew how good hops were for your skin & hair. There are separate restrooms/showers and locker/changing room, but both are small, and if someone walks in, you're exposed to anyone walking by. Unfortunately, they do allow kids, so experience was haunted by that, not to mention that it doesn't seem like the right place for children. Spas in general, which is what they are trying to do, aren't for children. Did the bath with unlimited beer and had an hour to soak and drink. Overall, it was an interesting experience but if you miss it, don't really think you're going...

Who installs a hidden camera inside a volume detector installed above a shower and opposite the locker rooms?
You can clearly see in the pictures that the camera is connected to electricity and also to the mains and the green light confirms this.
After I called the police, the host who was at the place ripped the camera from the wall, very interesting why did he do that ??? Our big luck is that we recorded everything on our cell phones.
