If i could do 0 stars i would. A very bad experience. The lady in front was mad, rude and tired. After making our own chocolate, we went outside of the museum. The lady got mad at us for standing at the entrance, but we couldn’t leave because There was a rope??! We waited for our chocolate and There was a bee inside the shop. When it came close to a kid she laughed hard (Nice to see her smile though), but still rude. She later dropped our chcolate on the floor (it was a mistake). But we asked if it was broken and she Said “no, but i Will break when you eat it anyway, if it is”. We told her she at least could apologize, and then she Said “okay” and looked down. “Cause this has not been a good experience” we Said. She Said “okay” again. Then we Said “you dont Care?” And once again she Said okay and looked Down. When we left we could hear her curse at us. I Will NOT recommend anybody...

Had an absolutely fantastic experience. I was tourist over here and enjoyed every part of the museum from the audio guide story telling of all the procedures and technology to the in between chocolate tasting. The best part of the experience was the chocolate making workshop which was an extremely enjoyable thing to do with my parents. The staff guiding us was extremely courteous. The Chocotopia also served an absolute mouth watering hot chocolate which is a must taste thing for everyone. I would highly recommend this to all tourists of all ages, family...
