MANUFAKTURA — Local services in Prague

A blonde-haired female staff member at a store was dishonest and tried to trick customers. I wanted to buy a set, but it was out of stock on the shelf. She said she would put together the same set for me, but the other fragrances would be sold at full price. She then insisted on charging me an extra $25 as a packaging fee for making the set. However, I later found out that it was missing the ribbon and decorations.

I went back to the store to argue with them, and her attitude was really bad. In the end, she rudely slammed the items onto the table. This store is the one closest to the clock tower, and I didn’t expect to meet such a rude staff member there.

Also, she didn’t tell me about the extra charge beforehand.

All products made in Czech Republic, great quality and the idea is fantastic.

In my opinion it's very important to support these local brand.
