Experience the Pulse of Old Town Prague! This hotel is like a hidden gem, a window into the vibrant heart of Prague. Nestled just steps away from the iconic Astronomical Clock and Old Town Square, it’s the perfect place to soak up all the energy and charm of the city’s historic center. The moment you step inside, the friendly staff make you feel at home, happy to assist with anything you need. The rooms, though set in an elegant old building, are spotless and cozy, offering thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and a complimentary bottle of wine. Despite the building’s age, there’s even a small, charming elevator. And while the lively location means it’s not exactly a spot for a quiet retreat, the hotel’s attention to detail shines through—they provide earplugs for a restful night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and we even received a few delightful surprises from the hotel during our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking to feel the true atmosphere of Prague’s Old Town. It’s the ideal blend of history, comfort, and a front-row seat to one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.

The Josephine Old Town Square Hotel is middle of the price range in Prague’s old town. The hotel staff, especially Iana was very polite and efficient. The hotel itself is very central, clean, and attractive. The extras in the room including a bottle of red wine, as well as tea and coffee making facilities are great! There was a problem with the noise in the hotel. The room I had (number 43 on the top floor) is charming with one small window. It rained the entire time during my stay and the noise of the rain falling on the metal roofing outside the window was extremely irritating. In addition, the old town of Prague is suffering from a problem with young “booze” tourists – who are out drinking cheap alcohol in the old town and are extremely loud and noisy all night. I finally managed to get a few hours sleep at around 2am in the morning. Sadly, according to the hotel management, the hotel cannot fit sound-proofed windows as it is a historical building. The city of Prague needs to solve this problem with Alcohol tourists before l consider another trip to Prague.

Great location in a small, cobbled square (Tyn Square) overlooking the impressive Tyn Church right in the centre of the Old Town. It’s a small, boutique hotel with (I guess around 10 rooms) on the 1st and 2nd floors with a restaurant below. In a cold January, it was quiet: I can imagine in the summer it gets noisier. Our room was large (there were two of us in a family room) that was perfectly comfortable - maybe not as plush and more functional than the promo-pictures imply (maybe because we were in a family room). The bathroom was somewhat strange clearly built into what had been two cupboards hence rather snug but again had everything you needed. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and great coffee, the staff were all very friendly (thank you Maria), it was an easy 35 min Uber ride from the airport and the location could not have been better. A fun, comfortable stay.

In December, my family and I embarked on a magical winter holiday to Prague, and our experience was truly enchanting, thanks to the incredible hotel we stayed at. This trip was a special one, as it was a chance for us to create lasting memories during the festive season. Our chosen hotel, perfectly situated in the heart of Prague, played a pivotal role in making our winter vacation one for the books.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel's cozy lobby, we were enveloped in a warm and festive atmosphere. The holiday decorations and twinkling lights set the perfect mood for our winter adventure. It was an ideal setting for our family to unwind and bask in the holiday spirit.

One of the standout features of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the hotel's receptionist, Anastasia. She made us feel like we were visiting friends rather than just guests at a hotel. Anastasia's friendly and welcoming demeanor immediately put our tired and travel-weary family at ease. Her efficiency during check-in ensured that we quickly settled into our rooms, which were beautifully decorated for the holiday season.

Throughout our stay, Anastasia proved to be a true gem. She had a wealth of knowledge about Prague's winter festivities and was always ready with helpful tips and recommendations. Her enthusiasm for the city and her commitment to ensuring our family had a memorable stay were nothing short of extraordinary.

Our room was a haven of comfort and charm. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a little surprise for our children, with stockings filled with small gifts and chocolates, which added a touch of magic to our holiday. The spacious accommodations were well-appointed, and we enjoyed the picturesque view of the city adorned with winter lights.

Each morning, we indulged in a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel's restaurant. The festive spread, complete with traditional Czech dishes and holiday treats, was a delightful way to start our days. It was a perfect prelude to the day's adventures exploring the charming streets of Prague.

The hotel's central location was a blessing, as it allowed us to explore the city with ease. We wandered through the cobblestone streets, taking in the stunning architecture and festive decorations that Prague is renowned for during the winter months. The Christmas markets, with their intricate wooden crafts and delicious food stalls, were a highlight for our family, and we frequented them throughout our stay.

As we reminisce about our December getaway, it's impossible not to feel grateful for the enchanting experience we had at this hotel. Its central location, warm and festive atmosphere, and, of course, the exceptional service provided by Anastasia, made our winter holiday truly special. We left Prague with our hearts full of joy and our spirits lifted, thanks to the wonderful memories we created during this magical family getaway.

In conclusion, if you're looking to experience the magic of Prague during the winter holidays, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It's a place where holiday dreams come true, where comfort meets charm, and where dedicated staff like Anastasia go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing short of...

A year ago, I embarked on a truly unforgettable journey, and I still fondly reminisce about that experience to this day. It was all thanks to the remarkable hotel where I had the pleasure of staying – a hotel that became a true sanctuary for me during that unforgettable trip.

The hotel was, without a doubt, an oasis of comfort and hospitality, and much of that credit goes to the incredible receptionist, Anastasia. Even though a year has passed, her warm and welcoming demeanor continues to leave a lasting impression on me.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel's elegant lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of serenity and luxury. The stylish decor, soft lighting, and the soothing music playing in the background set the perfect tone for a relaxing stay. But what truly made this hotel exceptional was the exceptional staff, starting with Anastasia.

Anastasia's welcoming smile and genuine enthusiasm were like a ray of sunshine after a long day of travel. She greeted me with such warmth and made me feel instantly at home. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary, as she efficiently handled all the check-in procedures, making the process a breeze.

Throughout my stay, Anastasia proved to be an invaluable resource. She was always ready with helpful suggestions for local restaurants, attractions, and activities. Her knowledge of the area was impressive, and it was evident that she took great pride in ensuring that guests had the best possible experience during their stay.

One evening, I found myself in a bit of a bind when I needed to arrange a last-minute dinner reservation at a popular local restaurant. Anastasia not only secured the reservation for me but also arranged for transportation, going above and beyond her duties to ensure I had a memorable evening.

The attention to detail displayed by Anastasia and the entire hotel staff was truly commendable. My room was meticulously cleaned and stocked with fresh amenities daily, and any request I had was promptly and efficiently fulfilled. It was evident that the staff took pride in their work, and their dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction.

As I sit here reminiscing about that wonderful stay a year ago, it's impossible not to feel a sense of gratitude for the warm hospitality I received at this remarkable hotel, thanks in no small part to Anastasia. Her friendly demeanor and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction left an indelible mark on my heart.

In conclusion, if you are seeking a hotel experience that combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. And if you're lucky enough to have Anastasia as your receptionist, you can rest assured that your stay will be nothing short of extraordinary. Even a year later, the memories of this hotel and the warmth of its staff continue to bring a smile to my face, and I look forward to the day when I can return to create new memories at this exceptional...

From the moment we arrived at Josephine Old Town Square Hotel until the day we checked out, our experience was nothing short of excellent. The true shining stars were the staff, especially Elizabeth, Diana, the other receptionist, and the wonderful housekeepers. They were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, consistently checking in to see if we needed anything. Their dedication to ensuring we had a comfortable stay was truly impressive. For example, I requested extra pillows, and they were already on the bed when we checked in—a testament to the attentive service we received throughout our stay.

The housekeepers were particularly observant, paying attention to small details that made a big difference. When I purchased still mineral water, they replenished the complimentary water bottles with still water, and when I bought sparkling, they switched to sparkling. This thoughtful consideration was a delightful surprise that made us feel truly cared for.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be more perfect. It’s in the heart of everything, making it incredibly convenient to explore Prague. The added bonus of discount vouchers for various tourist attractions was a great touch. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-equipped with all the basic amenities, and surprisingly spacious, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the city.

However, there are a few areas where the hotel management could improve. Firstly, blackout curtains would be a valuable addition, as the room gets very bright as soon as the sun rises. Secondly, it would be much more convenient to have power sockets next to the bed for charging phones, instead of only two sockets in the room. Finally, better soundproofing is needed—the walls are paper thin, and we could hear conversations and even the smallest sounds from neighboring rooms. This also made it challenging for the housekeepers, who seemed to tip toe around to clean quietly in order to avoid disturbing guests.

Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend Josephine Old Town Square Hotel. The exceptional staff and fantastic location more than make up for any shortcomings. It’s a wonderful place to stay, especially if you value warmth, hospitality, and easy access to all the attractions Prague...
