Which restaurant comes in your head when you hear Sushi? At this weekend I had a dinner in Yami sushi. Yami sushi bistro is located in Dlouhá, Staré Město, Praha 1. This restaurant has an industrial look. There is a combination of wood and concrete. If you enter this restaurant, on the left side there is a sushi bar, where all the sushi is made. In front of you there are stairs that lead to the second floor. Sushi is absolutely delicious. You can choose your sushi roll from wide variety of choices. I tried a sushi roll with BBQ eel, fabulous piece of food. The service was kind and opened. I have a positive experience with them. I haven´t found any negative thing. We were craving sushi and went to Yami Sushi Bistro based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! It's good to mention straight ahead that, for me, it lost a point because it was quite expensive for the number of sushi pieces we got. We had 36 pieces of sushi, with the plum wine, and ended up paying about 80 euros. Maybe this is normal for Prague, but I'm used to eating more - with the same level of quality- for a bit less. Anyway, with that out of the way, the food itself was very very good! We tried a few fusion sets, and there was nothing we tried that was subpar or bland. Even the regular hoso maki, which are less complex, were delicious. The portions for the fusion rolls were huge and generous! And there were a lot of options to choose from.
