La Casa del Habano — Local services in Prague

As a customer service representative for many years here in Prague and especially in hotel industry, I was shocked by their rudeness and lack of communication skills. I had two clients came from Dubai for the first time and wanted a good cigar quality and since I am working in the same area I know this place so we we went there to find these three ladies chilling like they're home chatting and when I asked if they speak English in Czech language she was so impolite and rude and yelled at me: what you want, my client asked her about the type of cigars they have then she started to answer in very unpleasant and inappropriate way if like we bothered her. Anyways I tild my clients to walk away then she was like oh my goodness !!! I was in disbelief of how unprofessional and terrible costumer service provided by this old lady with crusade.... You are terrible, no manners, no education... Ps: FYI I will never send anyone again there or recommend your place to any of our customers or clients ! I...

I was happy to see that a Habanos was nearby. What a shame. As soon as I walked in I was met with the most negative attitude. I was not allowed to walk into the humidor and look at the selection. The male assistant asked me why I needed to look at the selection? Did I not know what I wanted, he asked? I stated that I wanted to browse and choose from what struck me. He insisted that I look at the cigar menu and review the prices as I might not be inclined to purchase after seeing the cost of the cigars? I asked for clarification as to what he was implying. Ive been a cigar smoker for many years and occasionally have encountered a bit of snobbery but the guy here really annoyed me.

I asked to look in the humidor , he wouldn't let me, said everything is in the book on counter, I asked him if he had any special or aged stock he could recommend since he wouldn't let me in the humidor , again he said everything is in the book, annoyed I just asked to buy a cutter to smoke the cigar I had ... he wouldn't let me buy the cutter I asked for and gave me a different one..I found the mans behavior truly bizarre and rude and certainly not the way to encourage me to spend money in his store, I went to baker St cigars five minutes away who were only too happy to accommodate my requests,...
