On July 30th, I purchased four jackets and a bag from this store. The staff was very friendly, and I initially thought I could receive a refund. However, when I contacted the airport tax refund agency, they were unable to assist me because they didn't know which agency to reach out to. It seemed that the staff had omitted the necessary company information, which could have been either an oversight or intentional.

The customs officer advised me to mail the refund form back to the store, which I did. I tracked my email and confirmed that the store received the form on September 9th.

I sincerely hope that the store has received my refund form and is in the process of processing it, rather than dismissing it as insignificant. I will await updates and share the final outcome with everyone.
