Our family had an absolutely fantastic time at I'le des Barrats!

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The chalet was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable.

The entire campground was just as impressive—clean, well-organized, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping that made the views even more stunning.

One of the highlights was the atmosphere. Everyone we met, from fellow campers to the owners, was so friendly and welcoming. It felt like a little community, and the owners really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Their helpful tips about the area were spot on and made exploring Chamonix even better.

Speaking of Chamonix, the location of the campground is ideal. Whether you're into hiking, sightseeing, or just soaking up the mountain vibes, there's something for everyone. We went exploring the nearby attractions and were never disappointed.

I honestly can't recommend I'le des Barrats enough. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet adventure-filled getaway. We'll definitely be back—this...

Stayed here for a week in one of their wooden chalets. The chalet was fabulous! Very clean, comfy beds, quality bedding, dishwasher and a lovely covered terrace! When there are flash thunderstorms we just sat on our terrace and watched in awe!|We arrived by car from a week in Annecy. The views here were amazing.|We were given free bus passes and we certainly used them!|The campsite was impeccable. Great washing facilities.|Our son sat on the main terrace to use his WiFi.|A 10 minute walk into town, many great places to eat.|We did Alot of hiking, went to lake passey, mer de glace, cascades du Gard, bosson glacier and went to cormayeur via mont blanc tunnel...every night we'd come back exhausted to our lovely chalet!|Only one suggestion I'd make....having spent Alot of money on the luxury chalet, I didn't expect to have to hire towels. Only a few euros but nevertheless I'd expect them to be included as standard.|However overall this site was amazing! Spotlessly clean and Mme Youet and her son very helpful and efficient.|We will be back|Thank...
