We came here with two people around 8pm to stand in a half an hour line. Since we were both very hungry and hyped for pizza's we decided to stay in line. In the meantime a group of people came to ask till what time Paradiso would be open, then they left.
After the half an hour wait, seeing people order before us, we got the question take-out or dining-in. Since the terras was fully occupied we didn't have the choice to say takeout. The cashier said is would take 2 hours! This in spite of the people going before us who didn't have the two hour wait. Dispite of saying dining-in would also be ok, he told us it would take 2 hours.
Since at this time the supermarket was closed we decided to order. We got our receipt and got send on our way.
1,5 hours of walking though the city later we came back to find the terras almost empty. The people who sat there, we didn't recognise from standing in line. But also the group who came to ask the closing time! They had ordered after us, but still received their food earlier then we had!
Since we were 10 minutes before time, we asked if our two pizza's happend to be ready. We got told another 10 minutes and to sit on the terras. Fair, so we did that.
10 minutes later we came back to the same guy behind the counter to find that the pizza's were ready all along and were just laying in the take-out pile!
So we took our pizza's home, only a 2 minute walk, to discover they were burned black! The pizza's themselves weren't horrible, but also not worth the more than two hour wait.
Safe yourselves the trouble, go get a frozen...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visit Paradiso Pizza every single week itās become a little tradition for me because I truly love their pizzas. Iāve tried almost all the different kinds, and every time, the pizza is fresh, full of flavor, and always served with that perfect crispy crust I enjoy so much.
But what really keeps me coming back is the warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff here are genuinely amazing always welcoming, kind, and they make me feel right at home each time I walk in. Itās clear they love what they do, and it really shows in how they treat every customer.
A big thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful place, and to all the staff for their kindness and the little conversations that always brighten my day.
Texane will always be my go-to favorite š
So grateful to be a regular here. See you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery bad service, stingy owner. I ate 1 pizza in his shop. I brought a small bottle of coke to drink. The owner came in with a serious manner and told me that I am not allowed to drink coke in his shop because his shop sells it, but he did not put up a sign that said that outside drinks are not allowed to be consumed in the shop. After I had 2 sips, he quickly came to tell me, making a big deal out of it. It was just a cheap coke for 2-3 euros. The owner is narrow-minded. If you had a sign, I would not drink in your shop. This small change is not a big deal to me.
After reading your reply, I understand why you are poor, which is totally different from Mc hahaha. Poor little pizza shop. Undeveloped. And Uneducated owner this is what it's like.
Please go far away...
