During our trip to Colmar last month, we stopped by this charming caramel shop “Cote Caramel”. They offered a wide range of treats, including caramelized nuts, fruit candies, nougat, caramel candies, and more. We were invited to sample some of their caramelized nuts, which were available for free tasting. After trying them, we decided to purchase a few items. Ich werde dort nicht mehr einkaufen. Bin nicht zufrieden. Ich habe den Laden entdeckt und ohne was zu testen einfach gekauft, wollte meinen Kindern was mitbringen was sie mögen. Also eine kleine Auswahl in die Tüten gepackt, 20€! ... 20€!! Für zwei Hand voll Süßigkeiten. Okay dachte ich, die wissen wo man es holen kann, bei den Tagestouristen, die kommen eh nicht mehr wieder ABER wenn die Sachen hausgemacht sind UND lecker sind dann ist das nun so. Also bezahlt und heim gefahren. Im Nachhinein dachte ich mir, wieso hast du das dort gekauft??? Naja egal, Hauptsache die Kinder freuen sich. Und nun: Sie essen es nicht, sie mögen es nicht, meine Kinder lassen Zucker liegen! 😳 Hab das Zeug dann selbst probiert und naja, es ist echt nichts besonderes. Es ist nicht schlecht, wirklich nicht aber man hat nicht das Bedürfnis ein zweites Teil zu essen. Jetzt kommt das "witzige", ich habe für Halloween Süßigkeiten besorgt um sie vor die Haustüre zu legen, da waren auch so Karamellbonbons dabei und die sind mega lecker! - sind vom Supermarkt 😂, 1,99€ 300 Gramm und NICHT 5, 6, 7€ für 100 Gramm, zum Glück sind sie bald leer...

Also nochmal die Frage, warum soll ich dort was kaufen? Kein Wunder dass ich der einzige Kunde im oder vor dem Laden war. 🤷‍♂️ Die anderen wussten es halt...

Went to the location in Montmartre Paris which doesn't even have a Google listing. Don't go to any location of this place! We got one piece of Caramel and two tiny pieces of nougat for 5 euro!! Incredibly high prices and the candy was not even good. Plus we didn't want a bag but they weighed our goods with a bag anyway to increase the price....
