AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This store promotes illegal practices and the sales assistants provide false information!! I bought a piece garment yesterday, but upon trying it on at home, I decided it wasn't for me and wanted to return it. When I came back to the store the next day, the shop assistant informed me that they only allow exchanges, with no option for vouchers or refunds. Despite trying on a couple of other items, I couldn't find anything suitable, so I returned to the SA to find a solution. To my surprise, they mentioned that returns were only possible at Galerie Lafayette in Champs Elysée. However, after checking online, I realized there was no ba&sh store in that gallery, indicating the shop assistant had misled me. Determined to resolve the issue, I returned few hours later with my French boyfriend. After a 15min discussion in French, the SA made an 'exception' and to process the refund and return my money. !!Tourists be aware that in European Union you can return ANY purchase within 14 days without justification and always fight for...
Read moreWent into the store and was completely ignored: no hello nothing, as if I'm invisible. And saw there were two other european-looking customers entering the store after me and the salesman was all over them greeting and offering help. I thought I might have mistaken, had a brief look at things and went out. After having looked at other shops on the same floor I went back to check this store again; same thing again. Completely ignored, as if they don't see me. And they said hello and offered help to other customers coming behind me again. Really, couldn't help but guess they might be racist? Anyways didn't want to spend any money let alone another minute in this store so went out to check other friendly stores. I wouldn't go...
