Extremely Disappointing Experience with YSL Service

I recently visited YSL on a Sunday with a friend, expecting the standard high-quality service. However, when I requested a color match for my friend at the counter, I was met with a refusal. The staff explained that they did not offer this service on Sundays and claimed they were too busy—even though the counter was hardly occupied. As a result, I had to perform the color match myself, including selecting the appropriate concealer.

I work at L’Oréal and am well-acquainted with the high customer service standards that our industry demands. I have witnessed nothing less than professional and respectful care from top-tier brands, and I have never encountered such dismissive, rude, and tactless behavior. Probably THE most famous department store in Paris. Visited it many time already. Huge collection of brands for sure, but I do find the collection per brand became very limited. But i found they have a huge collection of white sneakers! Check out the video I took. What’s a nice surprise this time is that added a “Re-store” give some old clothing a second live.
