Talking about this metro station revenue staff, they are horrible and pathetic, don’t have any customer service and very rude to tourist and specially to families. Tourist are not generally aware the process of tickets and instead of help staff are persistent on issuing penalties straight away and threatening to call police which is terrible. Had three tickets and came into station through barriers and revenue staff asked to come aside, said two of the ticket is not validated, I didn’t understand what that meant. They Don’t speak clearly, we really felt harassed of being tourist and seems they taking advantage of not knowing the process. And that even when it’s 11 pm and your kids are tired and sleepy. End up paying as the staff don’t understand English or don’t want to speak or understand. I am sure no one will care about this because it is what it is. An advise to tourist if you are travelling by trains here please get help from locals clearly don’t get in trouble...

Ich wurde gestern sehr rüpelhaft kontrolliert, zwei dunkelhäutige Frauen wollten sich nicht ausweisen, der glatzköpfige Mitarbeiter hat mir wie im Krimi kurz ein zerfetzten lederbeutel aufgeklappt und seinen Ausweis gezeigt. Also ich nach den Namen gefragt habe haben sie mir die Polizei angedroht und mit 380€ Geldstrafe versucht Angst zu machen. Sehr unfreundliches Personal das sich nicht auswiesen wollte und ihr Dienststelle nicht bekannt geben wollte - dazu sind sie in der Pflicht! Mit wurde aggressives Verhalten aufgeschwätzt und ich wurde sofort in die rassisten Ecke geschupst …dabei warne meine zwei Kinder bei mir und meine dunkelhäutige Kollegin. Total banal und absolute Inkompetenz die ihre Macht ausübt und dabei Grenzen überschreitet! Alternativen hat man leider nicht, irgendwie muss man ja durch Paris reisen! Grundsätzlich herrscht hier Amtsmissbrauch und Androhung von Polizei wenn man freundlich nach dem Vorgesetzten und Dokumenten fragt! Paris ist für mich daher in die pfui Stadt gerutscht - Schade !

Hier, j'ai été contrôlé très grossièrement, deux femmes à la peau foncée n'ont pas voulu s'identifier, l'employé chauve a brièvement ouvert un sac en cuir en lambeaux et m'a montré sa carte d'identité, comme dans un roman policier. Quand j'ai demandé les noms, ils m'ont menacé avec la police et ont essayé de me faire peur avec une amende de 380 €. Personnel très antipathique qui n'a pas voulu s'identifier et n'a pas voulu annoncer son département - ils ont le devoir de le faire ! On m'a parlé d'un comportement agressif et j'ai été immédiatement poussé dans le coin raciste… mes deux enfants me préviennent ainsi que mon collègue à la peau foncée. Incompétence totalement banale et absolue qui exerce son pouvoir et traverse les frontières ! Malheureusement, il n'y a pas d'alternative, il faut traverser Paris d'une manière ou d'une autre ! En gros, il y a abus de pouvoir et menaces de la part de la police si vous posez des questions amicales sur le supérieur et les documents ! Paris s'est donc glissé dans la ville pour...
