Contrary to other reviews, I had an AMAZING experience on this boat. I booked a dinner cruise for 7:30 - 8:45 (19:30 - 20:45) and paid the extra amount for a window seat. Some people next to me who were early in line also got window seats without paying extra. No big deal, good for them! They sent multiple follow up emails to ensure you know where to board with very clear directions. Check your PDF ticket for a map and email for GPS coordinates. I found it easy to follow, although there is no sign at the boarding location. It’s just a locked iron gate. If you are one of the first there, you will be unsure. Once more people line up it is obvious where to go. When I first got on board, I was seated as requested and there was a bottle of water waiting for each guest as well as a wine glass if you previously booked wine or champagne with your service. If not, it’s OK! You can always order on the boat. There was no choice of appetizer. It was already chosen. There were 2 main entrees (fish and veal) to choose from, and an auxiliary vegetarian gluten free option. And 2 desserts to choose from (chocolate mousse or rice pudding). Appetizers came very quickly, then after the boat departed the servers were quick to start coming around to take orders. Use the QR code on your table to view the drink and food menus. Be prepared to order ALL courses from drinks to dessert when they come around. Once ordered, I went to the top of the boat for air and pictures. Even though it rained for part of the trip, I brought an umbrella and was still allowed on top as was everyone else. Even though i had a window seat, i stayed on top as much as possible. Much better views and pictures. I just peeked down through the glass at my table periodically to see if my drinks or food were being served, then went down if so. The food came promptly. My veal was incredibly good and the broth it came with was so delicious. I enjoyed all courses served and felt it was timely and well cooked. There were ZERO announcements of landmarks. It is up to you to find them and choose when to take photos. There are two staff photographers who will be available to take your pictures. They will print them without your asking and offer you a selection to keep, of up to 3 I believe, for ~15€. They were good quality pictures in color or black and white for ambiance. I chose to take my own pictures on my phone and ask other passengers to take some for me. When it came time to settle the bill (which was extra because I had extra alcohol that I didn’t previously pay for) the server came and found me on the top deck. Cash or card are accepted. Overall, between dinner and the views and experience, it was well worth it. Many passengers were on a romantic getaway and had a lovely time. I wholeheartedly recommend this cruise.

We had a very pleasant brunch cruise. Our menu consisted of - croissant, piece of baguette, and jam/butter 🥐 - coffee/tea served ☕️🍵 - yogurt with fresh fruit and chocolate shavings 🍫🍌🫐 - salmon eggs benedict (creamy and delish) 🍣 - apple tart - 1 glass of champagne (we ordered the champagne brunch) 🍾 Everything was pleasant and the open view from up top was really neat. We went out when we passed the Statue of Liberty. Finally I do want to take a moment to highlight our server/waitress and how kind and helpful she was! My friend had her time of the month come suddenly and we asked if she could do anything to help. She went all over asking people and trying to find a solution for us. We ended up figuring something out and she gave us suggestions of places that would be open on Sundays to buy some hygiene products. Thank you! 👏🤗 The only trouble we had was finding the docking location when arriving. Yes the instructions say near the Bir Hakeim Bridge and such but the sign outside of the gate and stairwell was so full of graffiti we couldn't tell what it was, so we passed it and kept walking. By the time we got back we were way behind in the line of people that had formed. If you want to be up front get there 45 mins + early. If you have small children or elderly with you, they will let you skip the line when they open to get in faster.

Firstly I was shocked at one bottle if water being shared between two and thought that incredibly strange. Secondly I was shocked at how filthy the glasses were and then I began noticing everything else. The glasses and cutlery were filthy as well as the rubber plate rest at the tables. We ordered drinks a coke zero and a mango juice we waited a solid 40 mins before we received these drinks. Our starter was served supposedly ‘beluga lentil velouté’ something I’ve never heard of before can only describe it as blended up mushrooms with dirt and foamed milk on top. This was the single most vile food item I have ever witnessed but alas we all have different tastes and I was excited for the rest of the food nonetheless. My coke zero arrived flat, I let the waitress know she took it and bought it back to me ten minutes later stating ‘we cannot get bubbles’ i was not offered an alternative simply left to sit there with my flat coke. I was still charged for it at rhe end of my meal despite the waitress knowing it was flat and I was unable to drink it. Then came some very random bread rolls which were placed onto afore mentioned filthy mat and so therefore not eaten. Then finally the mains were served, i loved that they were being served in cast iron pots I thought it was a really cute touch and was looking forward to my veal blanquette however when the lid was lifted it smelt like fish, I thought a mistake had been made and so told the waitress oh ‘I ordered the veal’ to which she replied ‘yes this is veal’. I tasted some of the veal and it was like eating a stringy bit of fish i do not know what happened there. I tried to eat some of the rice from around it and the rice was hard and bland. At this point I was honestly starving i had done 16 thousand steps and not eaten since 11am I had one of my daughter’s chicken strips and these were lovely! I did not try the potatoes but they looked good! On to dessert we both went with the mango, I was pleased to be able to actually eat something. This was our very first activity and I tried so had to enjoy it but felt throughly let down by the food. We had a great experience with the photographers on board and made some special memories but I really do feel like it was tainted. I would appreciate if my review could be taken on board and a better service could be provided for future patrons I would hate for anyone to feel as let down as I have this evening.

So for what it is, it is a good deal. What was not ideal was the first come first serve seating determined by the host. As we were - party of three we were sat at a table furthest from the window with a lovely beam in our view despite being quite early and were seated at about the 40% capacity point. View is ok but the lights are only dimmed for the window rows. So it’s hard to see out as well with all the reflection. The food was quite good and served efficiently. The kids meal wasn’t worth it, just get them the adult one. What deserves three stars is that when the servers (who all spoke English and French) took our drink order my wife asked what was included. The server then just repeated the offerings. An hour later we were given a 21 euro bill for two glasses of red wine. We would have bought it anyway but the action by the server was dishonest. So yes the company notes this is a “water” tour but that’s pretty much edging on unethical marketing and most consumers would read that as a dinner tour on the water. So caveat emptor. Great cruise and a very fair price. But anyone who hasn’t done it before needs to know the drinks are not included, and frankly they are of very low quality “well” alcohol level and we found the mini bottle of wine we were served in a market the next day for 3 euro. Just be aware, and to the owners you have a very well oiled machine that provides a great service. But when a customer asks what is included you should feel ethically obligated to answer the question truthfully.

We had a pleasant trip on the boat. As someone who suffers from motion sickness, the boat was very stable and the trip was well organised and executed. Initially we were placed amongst an obnoxiously loud group and asked to move seats to one that was empty amongst a quieter group. The host was not keen to move us but eventually agreed. This really rescued the situation or it would have ruined our evening. The seat layout was a little to close together, there really is not much personal space between each group, ok if you’re with friends but awkward if like us you’re stuck amongst rude people. Really enjoyed the salmon starter, the main was enjoyable but wouldn’t have been my first choice on a bigger menu, the chocolate pudding was a little too cold and solid. If you’re expecting a fancy meal then this probably isn’t for you. Felt a little cheated by the size of the wine we ordered, might have missed the size on the menu but we thought it was a full bottle for the price but received a half bottle. Despite a few negatives the overall experience was still very positive and I would recommend this trip to any visitor. Seeing the sites from the well maintained boat on a warm evening was a highlight of the trip.

My wife and I were in Paris for the third time and have never taken one of these cruises. We did not make reservations, which is highly recommended, and decided to just walk in and hope for them to have an open table. The person greeting us at the dock was very friendly and told us to step into the boat and just wait for the confirmation. It turned out they had a few available and we were admitted. We were offered an array of options and we opted for the three course dinner for €49 per person. The service started right away and they brought the small bottle of wine for two persons. Dinner consisted of a tomato gazpacho as entre, then option of salmon with vegetables or chicken breast which turned out to be delicious. As dessert they served cheese cake with berries. The atmosphere was magnificent, the boat very elegant and the boat ride ever so smooth. We started passing every single iconic building and man made construction along the river, including the Eiffel Tower and the recently burnt Notre Dame cathedral. We were so happy we had just made it in time to catch this river boat ride and live this experience. Highly recommended and will do it again.
