I have visited this shop on 15th March, The cashier started to ask me a lot of questions about my loyalty program ( which is gold and under first name of sister ) she asked me ID card for that. She refused to create a new printemps card because i had no ID and at the end she created one. i think she had personal problem with me which she was intentionally ruined my beautiful buying shoes experience at Chanel which i left chanel with shaking hands. The manager Corailie came she started to support the cashier and justify what she did to me she barely said sorry. I filed my complaint to chanel and printemp again Corelie manager called me yesterday and again she justify how the cashier treated me and she said this cashier is a good one ! It is normal to ask ID for creating Printemps card ( which is not true you can make it in two seconds online ) and she said i have got misunderstood and she said she does not want to talk to me anymore . Thank you Chanel for your beautiful team. This is not customer service, this is defending bad behavior of each other. I am a very loyal customer of printemps i have never seen this experience in other brands anywhere in the world! Sorry but your bad customer service leave me to put this comment for you.
