"Oh yes we have the model you want, please scan our QR code and you will receive a message when your turn comes!" 2h later, we finally get the message and are allowed to walk inside the store... "Oh we are sorry our vendors are all busy now" Me looking at the 14+ people serving 6 customers "Really? Could you bring us some water at least?" "Sure Sir, please wait a moment" 10 minutes later...still no water... A vendor finally comes "Oh this model is out of stock, but I'm sure there are some in the warehouse...they might be delivered next week, or the week after, or the month after, but..." Suffice to say that I didn't wait for the vendor to finish his sentence.

One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. We visit Chanel stores all over the world, and I expected the largest store in Paris to have a little more class than this. You have made a mockery of the Chanel brand. You have made the French way of life and the brand so ugly with your behaviour. To the Asian manager, who was so rude and unprofessional. I LOVE this location. Walked around all the Chanel stores (probably 8) to find different things and this was BY FAR my favorite. All the people welcoming you into the store are friendly saying Bonjour with a smile. The SAs are extremely friendly - picking out all the colors, styles designs you wish + whatever else they have.
