
Been visiting this particular beaugrenelle outlet as its next to my home.
Pros: The staffs are just outright lazy. But that's good sometimes because you can just take whatever items you want and go to the fitting room to try anything by yourself.
Cons:
The counter staffs continously give you wrong information and debate with you. Especially if it means they have to move an inch from their seats to check something. (I was told I can't use my 'avoir' in this beaugrenelle galleries lafayette but I have already done so several times.
They won't bother verifying the correct discount on items if you don't ask the manager to come and help.
The staff at the shoes department will go circles around to avoid you. You can then select whatever you want and try it yourself. 4)Jacket corner staffs just stand and chit-chat without helping. Like most. 5)Security guards only greet you 'Bonjour'if you are a) Caucasian or b) women they find attractive
Many of sizes are sold out. Especially if its size S or M. They have fewer selections overall.
Ofcourse there are some 1 or 2 good exceptions. But shopping here can be really stressful with unpleasant...

I got an alterations service while purchasing a jean here, and I never received a mail or message update. They didnât forget to send promotion emails to make me spend more money, but the only thing i asked for- the news of my alterations didnât arrive.
We kept calling you but no one answered, so I managed to visit again and and i went to the âcaisseâ but no one was there. We asked one of worker there what to do, and he said to go back to the initial caisse to ask. There was a finally lady there who said it is not her domain so she doesnât know so ask another colleague. I asked another person and she said i should talk to another colleague. In the end. I managed to talk to the worker of the brand that i purchased the Jean, and she finally gave us the jean, saying that she also never gets as news as a customer.
I thought that you are less crowded than the one in the centre of Paris, and liked the interior design, but your management and system is just awful. I donât know how i can call you âdepartment storeâ, it is less unprofessional than a small local clothing...

Nous avons achetĂ© une bague de fiançailles chez Galeries Lafayette Beaugrenelle, sur la promesse du personnel qu'elle pourrait ĂȘtre ajustĂ©e par la suite. Malheureusement, cela s'est avĂ©rĂ© impossible et ce qui devait ĂȘtre un moment magique sâest transformĂ© en vĂ©ritable cauchemar.
AprĂšs plusieurs semaines de nĂ©gociations infructueuses, ils nous ont annoncĂ© quâils avaient trouvĂ© une solution. Mais, en arrivant sur place, ils nous ont prĂ©sentĂ© une bague totalement diffĂ©rente. Lorsque nous avons exprimĂ© notre dĂ©ception, le personnel nous a publiquement accusĂ©s de mentir, affirmant que j'avais donnĂ© mon accord pour cette modification, ce qui est totalement faux, jusqu'Ă en faire pleurer ma femme.
Pour couronner le tout, lors de notre visite pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer la bague soi-disant rĂ©ajustĂ©e, lâincompĂ©tence des vendeuses Ă©tait flagrante. Elles ont annoncĂ© le prix de la bague Ă haute voix, devant ma femme et tous les autres clients prĂ©sents. Aucune discrĂ©tion, aucune attention aux dĂ©tails pour ce genre dâachat si symbolique. CâĂ©tait digne dâun amateurisme dĂ©concertant.
Face Ă cette situation absurde, nous avons dĂ» demander un remboursement. Ma femme a pleurĂ© Ă plusieurs reprises en rĂ©alisant quâelle nâaurait plus la bague de ses rĂȘves. Pour obtenir une rĂ©ponse Ă nos questions, il a fallu que jâĂ©crive directement Ă la direction gĂ©nĂ©rale. Finalement, aprĂšs le remboursement, ils ont proposĂ© un geste de 30 âŹâŠ et toujours sans certitude quant Ă la possibilitĂ© d'avoir la bague initiale. C'est presque insultant.
Enfin, car ce n'est jamais fini, aprÚs remboursement et clÎture du dossier depuis plusieurs mois, j'ai reçu un appel m'indiquant que la bague etait a récupérer en magasin... On remarque évidemment que l'information circule bien entre les collÚgues... Par contre, aucun geste commercial si je voulais la récupérer.
