Cold and Inedible Food: Upon being served, the first glaring issue was the temperature of the food. The dishes were disappointingly cold, rendering them unappetizing. Specifically, the chicken in my sandwich was frozen, making it impossible to consume. The frozen chicken completely ruined the sandwich, leaving me unable to enjoy my meal. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to serve food that is inedible due to improper preparation or storage.

Subpar Milkshake: In addition to the poor quality of the main course, the milkshake I ordered was a disappointment as well. Instead of a flavorful concoction, it appeared to be a mere dollop of whipped cream blended with a small amount of chocolate. The overwhelming taste of whipped cream overshadowed any hint of the intended flavor. Considering the high prices charged by the establishment, one would expect a well-crafted and enjoyable milkshake, which was certainly not the case.

Unprofessional Behavior of the Chef: The most distressing aspect of the dining experience was the unprofessional conduct of the chef. When I attempted to address my concerns about the quality of the food, the chef proved to be incredibly difficult to engage in a conversation. Instead of listening to my feedback, he displayed rudeness and dismissed my concerns outright. He proceeded to berate me, falsely claiming that he had sold 25 identical sandwiches that day without any complaints. It is highly disconcerting when the person in charge fails to take a customer's concerns seriously and resorts to aggression and blame-shifting.

Overpriced for Subpar Quality: The final disappointment was the exorbitant prices charged for the overall subpar dining experience. Despite the lackluster food and unprofessional behavior, the bill amounted to an unjustifiable expense. Even after reluctantly agreeing to a meager 5 euro reduction, I was still required to pay approximately 20 euro for my unsatisfactory meal. The same hefty amount was demanded from my companion as well. Such high prices should reflect a superior level of quality and service, which were clearly absent in this case.

Conclusion: Based on the aforementioned factors, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an enjoyable dining experience. The cold and inedible food, lackluster milkshake, unprofessional conduct of the chef, and unjustifiably high prices make this establishment a poor choice for patrons. I've been here so many times as it is one of our favorite cozy, chill, relaxing places to go too after a long week of work. I've ordered almost everything off the menu and I've never been really disappointed. The ribs and chicken wings are super authentic to ribs you'd find back in America. The Mac cheese is also very authentic. The cobb salad is filled with lots of chicken, cheese and bacon, although it is a little heavy on the dressing. The Chile con carne is more of your typical "chili" and not so much the Mexican version of Chile con carne as it comes in a tomato based sauce that's a little thick with ground beef. The Chicken burrito is one of my least favorites as the chicken seems a little dry and it's kinda hard to swallow, it comes with rice which makes it a little but more dry. The barbacoa tacos and beef is flavorful but more Tex Mex than the real barbacoa. You have to eat the tacos fast otherwise the tortilla gets super soggy and you end up wit a mushy tacos that falls apart. The drinks are decently made yet very small for the cocktails and a little pricey for their size. We go during happy hour to lessen the blow. The nachos are flavourful with a Chipotle cream sauce, made with good quality nacho chips, unlike other places I've been to here in Paris, but the only problem I have is that they sprinkle the cheese on top and then put it in the oven, and once the nachos come out to you, you have a hardened clump of cheese and tortilla chips. You kinda have to use a knife to scavange some good quality bites. After dinner, you have many pool tables to choose from and unwind and de stress in a cool atmosphère. I give 2 stars very generously just because the presentation of the food and the decoration is acceptable. I shall try to give an unbiased review the best i can. Went for lunch with a friend, upon entry the staff appear half asleep. Doesn't matter i thought. After ordering, the food arrived very quickly, a bit too quickly. As I have feared, despite the well plated presentation of the food, nothing is fresh; some of the items, excuse my language, dare i say tasted horrible. Tacos - they are impossible to pick up as the tortillas are dry and crumbling, when you try to pick it up it disintegrates, feels like it was left in the storage for a long time. The chicken filling tastes very unpleasant, chicken is dry, tough, unfresh and mixing with a not very good sauce does not hide its flaws. The fried jalapeno has no flavour at all, quite possibly that it is again one of the ingredients that have been long in storage. Indiana burger - when it arrived it looked promising, fries were hot and crispy. The insides of the burger were not particular, but the bun is just dry and again feels very old. The coleslaw is bland and tastes not fresh. For the price I expected much better. The tap water could do with a water filter. Overall an unpleasant experience.
