The first bad impression in Paris and Not recommend this shop to all Asians 😫😫😫

Bad greeting from cashier, the girl with short hair. I warned all of asians to runaway from the store if you all saw my review. She seems moody and acted like never wanna talk to us.

I asked only simply question such as "how many burgers menu?" Since we saw only picture of veggie and truffle burger in front of cashier.

I have to ask again to get a classic burger. After ordering burger, she threw the receipt to the bin hardly without giving copy to us like other shops. Though, I need to order some more beverage later but felt terrible already and need to leave the shop asap.

I observed and see this staff didn't act like this to locals, maybe she might discriminate to asians. Please be reminded, this is 21st century right now.

The products are average, fried is nice. By the way, truffle burger was disappoint (very lack of truffle). Also, staff forget to pack my burger to the bag. We checked and wait then other staff call us again after few minutes. What happens to simple operation process of this restaurant? The food is good. It's not cheap, and I would have to think again about eating here vs McDonalds (which lets face it has engineered the perfect plastic burger). If you are looking for somewhere to eat, quick and don't mind paying a premium for a burger then you won't be disappointed. We visited the Junk in Paris 75015: the tables were really dirty (no cleaning), staff seemed exhausted (very young / students) and did not know the menu. My wife loved her classic meat offering and I had their veggie burger (had the cheese removed and added jalapenos for a small extra cost): both excellent. A vegan cheese option would have been good and double pattie on the veggie option would be fair. A meal deal also a good idea: most people including us only ordered one chips to share. Good / very tasty, but dirty restaurant (if this is how they operate the public space, I wonder what condition the kitchen is in?) and a bit expensive considering...

Visited on August 2nd around 5:15 PM. The cashier—a tall, dark-skinned woman—was extremely rude. She messed up my order by forgetting the extra fries, and when I mentioned it, she returned with it but slammed the Coke cans on the tray aggressively. When we opened them, they sprayed all over my clothes and my wife’s. I wasn’t the only one complaining—other customers before me had similar issues with her behavior. As middle eastern visitors, we always check reviews before choosing a place. If the owner cares about the restaurant’s reputation, this kind of staff behavior must be addressed.
