I bought a box of 50 pieces chocolate carres from Paris. It’s supposed to be 10 pieces of 5 different types of chocolate. However, we noticed that the 75% cacao (Congo) is missing and it was replaced by the 55% cacao. So we are a bit disappointed.

Coup de cœur pour le coco-passion, le praliné cacahuète et la fève Tonka. Des bonbons de chocolat terriblement maîtrisés qui nous rappelle la subtilité d’une saveur trop souvent laissée pour compte en cuisine: l’amertume. Des serveurs attentionnés, doux, généreux : à l'imagine d'Alain Ducasse. Je vous remercie de prendre soin de vos clients ! Au plaisir de revenir me fournir une cargaison de chocolats à vos côtés !

Despite expecting good service from reading reviews, the salesperson offered no welcome or greetings, simply standing there like a piece of furniture. When I was paying, I wanted to use coins, but the salesperson shook his head and said “nono”. Since the price for what I bought was 65 Euros, I suggested using 5 Euros worth of coins, but the salesperson still refused. Customer service was worse than what a trainee can offer, worst shopping experience in Paris yet. I have yet to try the chocolate, hopefully the quality of the employee does not reflect that of...
