I changing my review as I have come here to shop for years each time I am in Paris. In the past, it has been nothing but a 5 star review without hesitation. This time, however, I was at the Boissy lcoation and the associate was judging me from the second I came in. When I proceeded to try on pieces I like, he gave me a discerning stare from several meters away the entire time. He refused to let me try on several pieces b/c of my size and continued to say there is only one of each garment. I know my size in my core brands. I have purchased (Dries, Rick Owens, CCP, Craig Green, ETC) in the past across the locations and I would have walked out with several pieces if he gave me any interest or a little compassion. It is a shame.

Again, This is the first negative experience I have ever had at any of the locations in 3 years. I would still visit all of the locations if you have not been before. The Herold location is truly magnificent and they have a selection you will not find anywhere else...

Can’t speak for others experiences, but my trip here was amazing. If anyone is going to be judged it’s me, I walked in looking frumpy and not dressed the part. Nevertheless, they were incredibly helpful, to the point that I spent way over what I planned, and it convinced me to visit the other 2 stores. Amazing store, amazing staff, Ive never seen anything like it in terms of the collection, this is the best of the best for high end “indie” fashion labels, and the staff was all amazing.

I’m making a point to come back to Paris every few years just...

Bought a few things over the years, now I brought something back after two days because seeing it in daylight (the shop is dark af) I changed my mind. I received a lot of “what’s wrong with you looks”. NO REFUND - only store credit, even though I don’t live in the city. Now I will have to find something to purchase and never come again. Loosing on willing customers and I’m clearly not...
