A high end brand with a very low class service from Louis Vuitton @ Paris Galeries Lafayette! READ THAT AGAIN!
No kidding, please do not treat your customers like a dirt! It is downright disgusting and we cannot tolerate such behavior from Louis Vuitton. We have been to many Louis Vuitton stores from all over the world and were served with excellent service.
However the Louis Vuitton Paris Galeries Lafayette has the worst customer service.
We visited the store on 21st August 2024 with a very full spirit. Both Homme and Femme departments are located at a different level.
We went to the Homme department, we bought an LV coin pouch, and saw the sunglasses that we liked. There were two sizes, size E and size Wâunfortunately, we were told that size E was not available to try, and was asked to go to the Femme department to try the size E.
If any one of you are familiar with both of these departments, you will know how inconvenient it is to travel from Homme department to Femme department.
We went over to Femme department, the team manager was very welcoming, he served us with drinks. He ushered us to his colleague to served usâa Chinese lady took over and she served us. We assumed she was a Traineeâher name is Miya/ Ya M.
We bought two passport holder from her. We wanted to the Hot stamping but was told to come back the next day for the collection. We have never experienced something like this from other LV stores.
As tourists, it is very inconvenient for us to come back. Her expression was not very pleasant and the vibes were totally OFF.
âOf course, we need time to do. I believe you can go back to your own country and do the Hot stamping as wellââshe says.
After much consideration, we decided not to do the Hot stamping.
After closing the sales for the two Passport holder, we showed her the photo of the sunglass that we were keen on. She took out her tablet,
CA: âSo you want this sunglasses?â This is from a Homme department, not Femme department.â
Us: âYes, correctâ
CA: âAre you sure you want the Size E? Because I have to got to the Homme department to get it for youâ
The CA was so rude. She looked so unhappy serving us. We do not owe you a living and please treat your customers like how you wish to be treated.
We walked off and said âitâs ok, we do not like your service.â
And she did not even apologize at all. How rude!

Read moreThis is a review for the Louis Vuitton in Galleries Lafayette. First of all, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I can not empathize this enough! There are plenty of other Louis Vuitton in Paris. This location has a line thatâs crazy, then the employees herd you in like cattle and their only concern is to get your transaction completed so they can accommodate the next herd. You are buying a luxury item, and you should be treated as so. This is NOT a great experience specially if itâs your first!!!! I came here and bought a purse, of course what I came for was out of stock, apparently sold all of that style the morning of, but yet was told that it is sold out all over Europe too, according to the sales woman. As I looked at other styles, I felt so rush. I was asked if I wanted water that never came. I ended up picking out a purse to purchase, then they bring you to another counter for check out and it was so chaotic (thatâs an understatement). I was request to go from one counter to the another (shuffling back and forth a few times)... I was pushed and shoved by other shoppers! I mean this is not a Coach store... this is Louis Vuitton right???? The sales person handed me my receipt in the nice orange envelope and the shopping bag, then sent us on our way. She then disappeared. I noticed that the purse had its dust cover but was not placed in a box. Itâs ok, I walked across the street in Pintemps which the LV store inside had absolutely no line (no wait & a better newer mall in my opinion) and was accommodating when I asked for a box (since the LV in Galleria Lafayette did not provide one). I guess at the end of the day I...
