Tissot Galeries Lafayette Haussmann (La Coupole) — Local services in Paris

I had an issue where I bought a tissot watch for my bday from Galerie Lafayette website, however the seller of the watch was Louis pion, to make the story short LP did not activate my warranty so the agent in tissot could not verify anything.

Despite this, the agent Buster Dali, was super nice, helpful and frankly deserved I mention him here. He went above his tasks and contacted LP personally to try to get them to activate my warranty + he tried to get the conciergerie to get him at least the receipt so he can validate the watch’s purchase. In the end I had to go physically to LP; but the service Mr. Dali provided was excellent!

The only reason I’m giving this a 5 stars, otherwise horrible service from Galerie Lafayette, if I purchase something on their website they have to be in charge of the purchase, specifically if it’s an article from a brand that is supposed to be...
