J’ai téléphoné pour quelques informations concernant l’achat d’une Clio, je suis tombé sur un homme très hautain qui a dû me prendre pour une femme qui n’y connaît rien en voiture et encore ce serait très misogyne et déplacé de sa part puisqu’il est la justement pour m’aider à faire mon choix. Il me rigolait casiment au nez, « Ça fait 20 ans que je vends des renaults, je sais ce que je vous dis madame hahaha » bah très bien en attendant le service client vous n’avez pas l’air d’y connaître grand chose ni même la politesse puisqu’il me coupait la parole et m’a même raccroché au nez en rigolant comme un imbecile sûrement pour se moquer de moi auprès de ses collègues. Moi qui était très intéressé par l’achat d’une clio, je passe ma route, c’est le genre d’expérience qui ne me feront plus remettre un pied...
