I made a purchase in Galeries la fayette and wanted to get jeans but couldn’t find my size there. Staff there told me to go to Victor Hugo store, as the system says there is one there. I changed my route and went all the way there, tried to make it before their closing time and unfortunately it was a system error and this store also didn’t have that jeans. So I was a bit devastated and bit tired from the way. But the ladies who were working there were so kind and helpful( especially Korean lady whom I forgot to ask for her name). Even though it was near their closing hours, They called other places and reserved the pants in another store. So eventually I got it before my trip ended. Thank you 특히 예쁜 한국인...

My experience at Rouje was exceptional. Initially unable to find a specific dress in my size at their Bon Marché stand, I contacted Rouje's customer service for help. They promptly located the dress for me at this location.

Rouje's store was stunning, and Eda provided excellent service. She not only helped me find my desired dress but also suggested other styles and colors. I ended up purchasing two dresses and can't wait to wear them.

On the first day of my Christmas trip to Paris, I visited the 11 bis Rue Bachaumont location and loved every single minute of it. There were a few things I didn't purchase that day, but I thought about going back for, so I decided to visit this location on my last day and had just as much fun.
