Food is good, but service is a bit bad. If you don’t speak French you have to chase the waiters, every table behind us got their order before us (we arrived first) we ordered water and they bring us bottled, while every table had free water, we tried to change it but the waiter told us that is the water we ordered, and then we literally show them the water from other tables until he said ahh and bring tap water. DS Café Victor Hugo is a pleasant spot for a casual yet satisfying meal, with a focus on healthy, modern café fare. I dropped by around 4:30 PM and was pleasantly surprised to find that the Le Brunch set was still available—perfect for a late lunch or early dinner.
I quite enjoyed the food. The portions were generous, ingredients felt fresh, and everything was well-balanced in flavor. The vibe is relaxed and the service was efficient without being rushed.

The coffees we ordered were served in dirty cups (seemed like they forgot to wash them after the last use) and while the espresso was drinkable, the cappucchino was definitiely not (machine coffe and bad one on top).
