Deirdre photographed my wedding August 31, 2021 and did a beyond extraordinary job. I’m American and my husband is Irish so it was frustrating trying to plan a wedding being 3,000 miles away, but I never worried about my photographer. Deirdre went above and beyond making sure we had contact before I came to Ireland and spoke about what I wanted. She cared and that made the biggest difference—being the bride and planning a wedding, that’s exactly what you want. The actual wedding day was even more amazing. She was so lovely and patient, making sure we got sooooo many pictures to choose from. She took her time and really cared about us and our wedding and our pictures. Me and my husband didn’t want to see each other before our wedding at the Registry Office in Dublin and Deirdre went the extra mile and helped me out and made sure everything turned out the way we wanted. Deirdre came highly recommended by friends who used her for their wedding, and our experience was fantastic. After a brief meeting and recki she listened to our wishes and we agreed everything in advance. On the day everything went to plan and all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Unfortunately the one thing you can’t plan for is the weather! But we had a back up plan agreed and luckily we didn’t need it. All the shots were fantastic and everybody was relaxed, there was no time wasting and it wasn’t a chore to get everyone organised. Everything flowed smoothly, it was good fun and didn’t take up too much of our day, we enjoyed it all. Deirdre then went beyond our expectations and got some lovely opportunistic shots and then got creative making sure there were lots of different locations, all the while keeping the shots natural. Deirdre had a tough gig on her hands coming to photograph my mam and dad on their 50 th wedding anniversary in their home with 29 immediate family guests. I don't know how she managed it but the photos are excellent, Both the staged ones and the natural ones. She captured the moment and the mood perfectly. Deirdre spent time working out the right spot, light , configurements and got it all spot on . Not even the driving snow deterred her. She also spent much time after editing and choosing the best shots. I love that we all walk away with a cd with 50 images on it and a print each. She is also outstanding value for what she delivers.
