Title: My Disappointing Breakfast Experience at Bobo's Burger Restaurant
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆
I recently visited Bobo's Burger Restaurant for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and I was left feeling quite disappointed with my experience. I had seen a small sign outside promoting a full breakfast for 13.95, which seemed like a reasonable price, especially since it included tea and coffee.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by staff who struggled to understand my English, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. The service was slow and unattentive, and I was served by three different people throughout my meal, which added to the confusion and lack of professionalism.
When my breakfast arrived, I was disappointed to find that it was served cold and greasy. The quality of the food was below par, and the ketchup provided was of low quality. I would have preferred real butter instead of low low that was served with my meal.
To make matters worse, I was charged an additional 4.50 for a coffee, which was not clearly stated on the menu or the initial signage advertising the breakfast deal. I felt overcharged and taken advantage of, especially considering the poor quality of the meal I had received.
Additionally, the knife provided was big, clunky, and blunt, making it difficult to use. To enhance the dining experience, I would recommend assigning one server per table to avoid confusion and improve professionalism. It would also be beneficial for staff to check on tables shortly after food is served to ensure satisfaction.
Overall, I cannot recommend Bobo's Burger Restaurant for breakfast. The service was poor, the food was subpar, and I felt overcharged for my meal. I hope that the restaurant will take these criticisms into consideration and work to improve the quality of their...

We asked for a different table, but were told it was all reserved, despite three couples arriving without reservations who were allowed to choose their seats.
I had a Groupon deal for a menu that included fries and a burger. However, they insisted on serving the regular fries not allowing me to order different ones (all with the same price) even though the offer didn't specify the type of fries. This was different from my previous experiences at other Bobo's restaurants, where I could choose fries within the set price.
To make matters worse, I reached for some sauces on the table and was told I had to pay extra for them. In contrast, at other Bobo's locations, I could freely choose the sauces and quantities. The food itself was delicious, and I would consider returning, but definitely not to this establishment. I'd choose any other Bobo's over this one. My overall experience was marred by their unusual rules, even though the service from the waitstaff was...

Over the last few years being popping by this place here and there sometimes if I'm eating out and in this part of town. Quality of food was always exceptional and prices are actually pretty fair.
You can get a burger for few quid more than in Burger king or a gourmet burger for around 12 quid so they look out for someone on a budget or someone who wants to go all out for something different.
You pay only a little extra for quality ingredients and both nice and filling food so as someone who pops by for few years you guys truly are outstanding burger joint in Dublin city.
Also staff are very relaxed and lovely which is always big thing for me I like supporting a place that looks after their staff being happy and bubbly, so kudos for looking after them being :)
