SCAM STAMPS!!!!

EDIT: even better, apparently THEY SELL SCAM STAMPS from a scam company. No words, really. Turns out I lost 14.70€ instead of just 3€ And no, I have no time to return to the store once again, you had one job when I asked for the pen to be replaced for the first time.

I bought a pen for 3€ with hardly any ink left in it… it stopped writing before I could even write the address on the first postcard. I rushed back to get the pen replaced and was given a pen which also ran out of ink after writing TWO WORDS. I don’t even know if it was a different pen or if they just tricked me. I wasn’t even let in the store that time, as they closed it half an hour before the time...

Be careful with that store. The guy that I paid to switched the magnet I had chosen for a broken one. I did notice him acting weird, smiling when he saw the magnet I chose and sort of switching something, but I never thought much of it because it's a 5eur magnet I mean... Who does that?! I just realised when I got back home, and it did not break on the journey cause the pieces would be in the bag. Too bad because the store in a very convenient location and there is no need. It's pathetic to scam 5eur of a tourist. Shame on this store! Avoid...

Assolutamente da evitare! Ho acquistato dei francobolli Friend Post per spedire delle cartoline, pensando di fare una bella sorpresa ai miei amici e familiari. Invece, le cartoline sono arrivate con un ritardo inaccettabile, alcune addirittura dopo mesi!

Ho provato a contattare il servizio clienti per avere spiegazioni e magari un rimborso, ma è stato come parlare con un muro. Nessuna risposta alle email, il numero di telefono sempre occupato.

Un servizio pessimo, inefficiente e con un'assistenza clienti inesistente. Sconsiglio vivamente di affidarsi a loro per qualsiasi spedizione. Meglio spendere qualche euro in più e rivolgersi a un servizio postale serio...
