Horrible customer service and horrible quality clothing. Pants ripped the first night I purchased them because of bad fabric quality and their solution was a 10% discount. Avoid this store. You’re better off shopping at H&M for the same quality.

Edit: Yet another example of their combative customer service in the response. The pants were worn for four hours. There were no sharp objects in pocket and were worn at a dinner. A tear on the first wear shows poor cloth. I’ve had H&M pants longer than these. This is now the second product I’ve purchased (first a leather belt) that have broken in the first week. You’d think for a supposed high quality upscale brand, they’d at least have understanding...

Such a lovely experience and friendly sales assistants. Andrey helped me choose a perfect gift for my husband offering great advise and going above and beyond to help me find the right size. The quality is top-notch, feel luxurious and fit perfectly. They do have a wide selection of color. Even though they only carry mens wear, I am even thinking about purchasing some shirts for myself as an oversized fit. Very figure flattering with just the right amount of stretch. Really nice experience in this Luca Faloni Milan store. The assistant was kind and professional, had great advice for me without being pushy. Even though the store is not very big, the selection of clothes really is. Some of elegant, timeless pieces of a pristine quality - you can feel it in the fabrics. Definitely a place worth visiting if you appreciate quality and fashionable clothing. Looking forward to another visit next time...
