Pini Parma Milan — Local services in Milan

I am very disappointed that we haven’t still received the suits after 4 weeks.

After researching the suits shops in Milan carefully online, me and my husband visited the shop traveling from Switzerland on 17 Feb 2024. We have a very important family wedding abroad and I wanted to make a new suits as a present for my husband. However we had to leave Switzerland without the suits from Pini Parma today (15 March 2024)

The staffs were all professional and very friendly. There are a lot of option to choose and we were happy about the whole process. The jacket needed some adjustment and we were supposed to get them by post. They explained that it would need only a day or two as it’s a minor change. After 2 weeks, I called them and asked when we would get them. Somehow it was still in Milan and they said they will post them soon.. I started to feel anxious. I would understand if it’s a custom suit, but It is NOT. It was only a minor change.

Bear in your mind that it will take a lot more time than they would explain. Also it’s not worth if your time and energy to get it done.

Maybe we will receive them once...

The staff was a bit "unprofessional". The first visit was nice and I was treated nicely (I bought some stuff worth ~550€), the second time I was looking for a suit. But since I'm quite tall and athletic their stuff didn't fit me out of the box, I would have needed a 58 jacket with 56 trousers which they couldn't do. That's fair so I decided to go to suitsupply. When we left the guy said something along the lines "you wasted now so much of my time at least give us a 5 stat rating here" which I consider as highly unprofessional. It's not my fault if your stuff doesn't fit me. I had given them 5 stars but now change it to 3. The quality of their stuff is nice if it fits you. They use high quality albini fabrics for the shirts with a nice touch. But if fit is off the best fabric looks bad on you. Btw the suitspply suit fitter better (well enough to buy it) but now I went with fully custom suits from HK which are another level in...
