This store should be ashamed of it's service. With a prime location and numerous quality watch brands, you would expect their to be knowledgeable, friendly customer service here. We stopped by twice and both times received cold, unwelcoming service by the two male employees running the shop. We only came because it is the only location in Milan that carries the Italian watch brand Uboat. The employees were unenthusiastic about showing us any watches. Did not make a strong effort to communicate to us in english or at all. And when we asked basic questions about the watches (for example the power reserve) they didn't know. They didn't even bother to make any attempts to get us information or answers to our questions. We went in with an intention to buy Longines Primaluna watches, was greeted with an arrogant man, who didn’t even try to be gentle. During the tries he kept silent and almost bored. No comments, no assistance, even didn’t want to give me the model in another size. If you selling watches up to 5k, try at least sell it. With a smile preferably. P.s. I am updating my review because I got an answer from the owner. Being a reasonable person I can assure you that I know the difference between “being nice and sell the item” and “be indifferent and arrogant”. Io e mio fratello, interessati ad acquistare un orologio Tudor, abbiamo visto che in vetrina era esposto un modello che al momento è difficile trovare. Volendo quindi cogliere l’occasione per vedere come stesse al polso, abbiamo deciso di entrare e siamo stati accolti da una signora che, forse per la nostra visibile giovane età, era palesemente scettica e non ci ha nemmeno chiesto se volevamo accomodarci, nemmeno dopo che le abbiamo spiegato che stavamo cercando proprio quello specifico modello che aveva in vetrina, che potenzialmente avremmo potuto acquistare. La signora ci ha comunque fatto provare l’orologio, senza chiederci se volevamo sederci e non si è minimamente disturbata a farci qualche domanda per conoscere le nostre esigenze o per venire incontro al bisogno del cliente, si è limitata a osservarci provare l’orologio con un sorrisetto stampato sulla faccia. Sinceramente quando in ballo c’è la vendita di un orologio da oltre 4 mila euro mi aspetto un minimo di serietà da parte del venditore che, in questo caso, è mancata.
