the store is really tiny and it was full of people, so chaotic and such a mess. the assistants were really rude and we were not aware of the fact that we needed to put together our bracelets by ourselves so keep that in mind. then at the checkout, we were offered small rings to attach the charms to the bracelets. the seller mentioned that it’s easier with the bigger ones but forgot to say that it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE (especially if you have nails). we couldnt make our bracelets with the little rings so the next day we went back to the store. the saleswoman was once again really rude when we said we couldn’t do it with the small rings and there were other girls next to us at the checkout that asked if that’s really true and she said “no, they are like the third people that came back because of this in the last few months”. then she changed our small rings for big ones, she kept the small ones and charged us once again for the new rings. overall, really bad experience + a bracelet with 4 simple charms was like 10-15 euros so definitely not worth it. don’t lose...
Read moreVery rude to myself and my two daughters and son in law. Would not sell to us because they were closing in 5 minutes for lunch then told us to come back in an hour. That’s when I spoke up in Italian and their faces were in complete disbelief that I spoke fluent Italian and I told them to enjoy their lunch, but we would not be back to support them if they would not even check us out. Yes, everything was picked out. All we needed was a bit of chain (which was already decided upon) and to pay. Lost sale! Pearl bead chain, multiple charms, and a few other things. I’d never recommend going out of your way to shop there. I make beaded costume jewelry, so putting it together myself is not an issue at all. I have loads of supplies at my house, but the point was to get it on our trip. The quality was fair to mid mostly, but some was not worth the plastic used. Also- the shop is TINY AND HOT!!! I’d never try to go...
Read moreThe experience was not as we expected. They have charms you can easily find on Aliexpress or Shein and our bracelets (with around 10 charms each) were around 20-25€ which is crazy considering it’s not event stainless steel or anything like that. Moreover, you have to assemble it yourself outside the shop/at home if you don’t have the necessary tool like tweezers or so, which I think no one carries with them on a regular day out. The staff seemed to be annoyed by our questions which we think were appropriate considering it was our first time at the shop and no one explained anything upon entering. So, don’t believe everything you see on Tik Tok as we did, not worth the money nor the...
