By far my worst experience in Sicily so far, I'm very disappointed. Based on the display, I had high hopes, but the experience was terrible.

The staff is mostly extremely unfriendly. The first waitress didn't even greet us but said "go inside" in a very unfriendly tone without even looking at us.

We ordered drinks and two paninis, but my mother only received the contents on a plate, without the panini. We had to wait a long time for this to be corrected. I also wanted a different bread, but the waitress said they couldn't make paninis and I had to take the ones in the display. When I couldn't decide, they were able to make a different panini. I understand that if they're out of stock, I don't say anything, but it was very strange that it wasn't available at first and then suddenly it was.

I also saw a waiter approach our table with a bread basket, hesitate, and then send the basket back to the kitchen. Every other table received one with their drinks. After our meal, I asked if the bread basket was included in the meal, and the waiter confirmed it. He asked if we wanted some, and we agreed. Two minutes later, he brought two bread baskets to the table behind us. After 10 minutes, I spoke to him again, and he apologized, then another two minutes later brought a basket. This one was only half as full as all the others.

I fully understand that staff can be stressed at a busy time. But you should still remain polite. That didn't change even when the place emptied out later. The bread thing seemed deliberate and felt really awful, as we were clearly treated differently than ALL the...

Locale situato in una posizione a dir poco spettacolare, vicino la fontana e con ottima visuale. Tavoli in esterno comodi e anche un pò riparati dal vento. Il personale sembra che manchi di esperienza, oppure in cucina sono lenti e non dialogano con chi prende gli ordini. Attese troppo lunghe per le portate e altre piccole disattenzioni (però di sabato a pranzo, magari ci può stare vista l'alta affluenza di avventori). La qualità del cibo è davvero alta, tutto fresco e buono. I bagni lasciano a desiderare, nonostante la poca educazione dei fruitori, chi gestisce il locale deve prestare attenzione al funzionamento delle porte (non si chiudono) e al cambio del materiale di consumo (carta igienica). Prezzi in linea con la location quindi...

Sono stato oggi pomeriggio in questo locale con altri quattro amici, ci hanno fatto sedere subito, abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di vino e delle patatine ( a pagamento). Abbiamo aspettato circa mezz’ora per una bottiglia di vino, chiediamo alla cameriera e dice “ci penso io”, il suo pensarci è stato farci attendere altri 15 min mentre serviva gli altri tavoli con bottiglie di vino e taglieri. A questo punto abbiamo deciso ovviamente di andarcene. Se per stappare una bottiglia di vino e portarla al tavolo ci vogliono 45 minuti preferisco evitare questo locale. Mi dispiace perché in altri punti vendita mi sono trovato molto bene. Sicuramente non andrò più. Ps. Metto una stella perché non posso...
