We really enjoyed our visit to Ciurma on their rooftop. We arrived just before sunset and the view from the roof was so beautiful. There is a great panoramic view of the sea, mountains, and harbor. It is especially beautiful during sunset. Service was excellent, as there are plenty of employees available. Everyone was very kind, welcoming and informative. It is a plus that they speak English because we are from the US. We ordered two cocktails: espresso martini and thyme & mango whisky sour. Both were pretty good. I appreciate an espresso martini with real espresso because although this is a popular drink in the states right now, a lot of them are made with drip or cold brew coffee. We ordered the Green Gold pasta, salmon poke, and tuna tartare burger. Pasta was the best, with a thick creamy pesto sauce and a lot of flavor. Tuna burger was second best, also a lot of flavor including olive tapanade. The poke was pretty bland, but for the price, you can't go wrong. Overall, a great choice for dinner. This was the first seafood we had in Sicily, and looking forward to a lot more. Fresh seafood is something I don't get often, as we are from the US. I would definitely return and try other dishes, especially anything with swordfish.

*Absolutely Horrendous - Avoid at all Costs!* Ciurma at the Marina Yachting Club in Palermo is, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever had the misfortune of visiting. The staff were shockingly rude from the moment I walked in, and they didn’t even make the slightest effort to speak English. If you don’t speak Italian, don’t even bother coming here – you’ll be treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer. As for the food, it was an absolute nightmare. I ordered a poke bowl, and instead of the sushi rice that any decent place would serve, they gave me basmati rice – a total insult to the dish. Honestly, it was the worst poke bowl I’ve ever eaten, and I’ve had some bad ones before. But Ciurma takes the cake. Thinking it couldn’t possibly get worse, I tried their sushi. It looked way, way better than it tastes. Big mistake. The sushi was a disgrace – the rice was all wrong, the toppings were tasteless, and the overall quality was a joke for the price they’re charging. And from thinking it wouldn’t get worse, this was the only Italian restaurant that provided the bread after the first course had arrived. Without creating an issue, I asked for some balsamic vinegar and olive oil to enjoy my bread with. However, instead of giving it to me in a glass bottle that any decent restaurant would serve it in. This five star restaurant gave it to me in sachets. You can refer to the picture below. This place doesn’t deserve a cent of your money. If you primarily speak English or just enjoy decent food, stay far, far away from this restaurant. It’s a complete rip-off and an embarrassment to Palermo’s dining scene. I deeply regret wasting my time and money here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!

I recently visited your restaurant and was disappointed with several aspects of my meal. The service was slow, and the food quality was subpar. The fish was dry and over-fried, and the octopus in the octopus burger was very tough, with the bread also being dry. Additionally, the mixed fried fish was excessively dry, too tough to eat, and over-salted. I will never return and all the reviews here are due to waiters asking to give a good review. Total bill: 42 euros Still water from the tap: 2 euros

Drinks were good. Was expecting a seafood restaurant to have more seafood options such as whole fish. Pasta was al dente but had to search for the 3 small shrimps in the pasta, did not get the corquette flowers just dried sliced zucchini in another pasta, mixed fish was 90% calamari. We were charged a $15 fee for the table and $2 for each bottle of cold tap water served in a bottle. Disappointing for our first night in Palermo
