AVOID. This store does not appreciate your business. In fact, they actually DESPISE their customers. The woman responsible for closing on Sept 29, 2024 made that clear to me and everyone else in the store. Upon entering, instead of “welcome” she rudely said “choose quickly I am closing”. (Never mind that there were 10 other customers in the store). In less than one minute we chose 20 euros worth of items (obviously far more than 2 people could carry). She didn’t offer a bag, took our money as if it was a huge imposition, and then when I asked for a bag she started chewing me out because they “charge for bags”. That was it for me… I told her I won’t be back and she replied “I make plenty of money without you”. It is HARD for a business to be so bad they achieve only a 3.6 rating. There is a REASON this place rates so low and I met that reason tonight. To the owners… she should be GONE. She makes you look awful. They scammed us into paying 3x. We had a good experience while there, but they made us tap our card 3 times, as they told us it didn't go through. Well, it did go through! I went back the next day and was assured we would be refunded. We never were. I tried to dispute it with my credit card company, but they said because we tapped it in person we are responsible. I called the store, from Canada, and I was YELLED at immediately. She didn't even bother checking her records and just screamed at me they were only paid once. Which is absolutely not true.
