Rudeness to a young child will never be rewarded with my money, and I hope it is the same for anybody else choosing to buy here. The man serving picked on my daughter for smelling soap, accused us of putting our noses on it, that others wouldn't want to buy. He sneered about 'me and my daughter' when I said our noses hadn't touched the soap. He was perfectly fine to everyone else in the shop. It felt like such a microaggression to us in particular, but I see, reading the other reviews that he is somebody who lacks education. How you can attack a young and very little girl is beyond my comprehension. Picking on adults is one thing, picking on a child, please do not buy here when there are so many other places that...

So rude that I put things back and went elsewhere - Maybe it would be useful to point out to staff that not all people who look like tourists are and that some of us can speak perfect Italian so can therefore understand when you are cussing and swearing under your breath - Maybe if everybody that wasn't a local stopped going there they would reconsider their attitude when their sales dramatically fell - Options are limited but seriously I wouldn't give them my custom - If you are planning on going to Corniglia wait and grab what you need at Lisa's market where staff are helpful friendly and...

Horrible service stay far away.

The lady behind the desk was in a very bad mood and made no effort to hide it. As I can read from other people’s experience in here, it is apparently a permanent mood.

She was talking in an angry tone and slamming stuff very loudly behind the desk while handling our purchase. We were quite shocked and stunned. I was absolutely gobsmacked by her behavior, I deeply regret supporting this kind of business, let alone setting my feet in there.
