Incredibly rude staff! My husband brought from America a vintage Borsalino purchased at this very store by his grandfather some 50+years ago hoping to have the hat reconditioned. We were treated so rudely that it quickly became apparent these were shop girls who had minimal knowledge of the history of this fine hat maker and even less desire in converting a prospect with money already allocated to be spent at your store into a happy customer. Borsalino has a fine product historically and the experience of purchasing one should be positive. As a couple we purchased multiple hats at JJ in New York and that experience was FAR more enjoyable. Most of these purchases were Borsalinos notable because my husband's predecessors wore your product and he felt brand loyalty UNTIL TODAY. Such a shame. Borsalino should be embarrassed as to how it descended as a brand. We all know there are other milliners creating an equal or better product.
