The jewelry is decent quality but way overpriced. The service, though? Horrible. The only attendant there aggressively pushed me to buy a $3,000+ pendant. I wanted a different one because the diamond wasn’t perfectly centered, but she gave me this condescending look and insisted, 'It’s hand-made, so it’s unique—it’s totally fine, you don’t need another one.' I reluctantly bought it because of her pressure.

Later that night, I noticed even more flaws, especially on the back. For a $3,000 piece? Unacceptable. The next day, I went back to return it—their website clearly states a full refund within 10 days if the item’s unused. But they refused at first. We had to argue with the attendant and the store owner for 3-4 hours before they finally agreed to process the return, claiming I’d get my refund in 15-30 days.

Now it’s been two weeks, and when I followed up, they suddenly changed their story: 'Oh, the refund might take up to 30 days because the jewel needs assessment.' What kind of 'assessment' takes a month? At this point, I’m just waiting (and doubting). Never buying from this...
