This was our favorite restaurant in Rome. Everything was so good and priced reasonably - less expensive than the tourist traps. The service was also top notch. We had a great time chatting with our server. Their carbonara is perfection. My super picky eater kids requested for us to come back here two nights in a row. My son who only seems to like ramen and pho gulped up the carbonara and he's now asking if he can have it in the States (which I know won't be the same). The next night, he wanted to try the Amatriciana and he loved that too. My daughter devoured her oxtail ragu. This is a girl who doesn't eat sandwiches, burgers, and likes her pizza with just cheese. She ordered the oxtail ragu two nights in a row. I had cacio e pepe the first night and risotto scampi the next. Both were perfection and cooked al dente. My husband and I also ordered Jewish artichokes and they were so good. I highly recommend this place. I'll be thinking about their food once we get back home.
