Questa mattina sono andato in negozio per vedere uno zaino da uomo perché cercavo un colore particolare che però non sono riuscito a trovare, in compenso ho trovato una persona molto preparata in reparto che non solo mi ha accolto con professionalità e serietà ma che, con modi indiscutibili, è anche riuscito a farmi acquistare un colore diverso senza insistenza ma con molta cura nel porsi e nel presentare il prodotto.
