What an amazing location! Spot on central location, 5 mins walk to all the main attractions, 7 mins walk to tour agencies. Cannot fault this hotel at all. Check in was easy, all necessary information was given prior to arrival including a video showing you how to walk from Rialto station (closest vaporetto stop) to the hotel. No keys required and is all keypad managed so you dont need to worry about having a hotel key/card to carry about. Very responsive to whatsapp messages especially I accidentally locked myself out one night and they responded within 5 mins of me sending a message. Provide luggage hold prior check in and post check out so convenient for travelers to drop luggages off and start exploring immediately. Great location, and close to good food, but I had too many bad experiences to possibly recommend this place. Bathrooms and showers are uncomfortably small, floors are stained, main entry smells of their most recent flood, keyholes are so big that everyone can see into your room, and so cam the neighbors in the rooms across the 3 m of sidewalk outside. Because of the location I could have forgiven all that if the hotel staff hadn't gone through my luggage while I was out and if they hadn't tried to triple charge us with fictitious bills made from a combination of our names, and two other different addresses and credit card numbers. I was more then satisfied with this accomodation. The location is perfect, can not be better, just few steps away from San Marco Piazza. It was recently renovated, so the rooms are in perfect conditions, every detail very well designed and functional. The room was spacious enough for us and everything was so clean and shiny. The interior design of the room really impressed us - totally Venetian style. We felt like duke and duchess. Also the personal was super kind to us, we asked for early check in and we also left luggage the last day till evening and that was not a problem at all. I would warmly recommend everyone this stay.
