Coop — Local services in Venice

My nephew bought a 23 euro bottle of wine which was a Coop product. The cork was so hard that it broke 2 cook screws, leaving part of one stuck in the bottle, so you could not possibly get the cork out. He took it back to them with the receipt & they refused to replace it. I have always shopped there as it is near to where I stay.
