Non solo si è assicurato che l'intero processo fosse facile e fluido per noi, ma è andato ben oltre le aspettative che avevamo per un agente, aiutandoci con molti piccoli dettagli durante il processo che per noi (essendo di un altro paese) erano difficili da capire .
