Amazing and unexpected experience in the heart of beautiful Verona! Creative recipes, combining elegant taste with typical Italian products in a way that I have never explored before. Everything is prepared at the moment and is served fresh and in a beautiful way. I recommend not to order whole bottle of wine, but to ask the owner or your waiter for recommendation for glass of wine for every dish, so you can finalize and enjoy the taste to the max. Call for a reservation- is always a god idea and if you are not a big company, but a couple-there are balcony with river view that can bring romance to your dinner/lunch. Keep some space for “dolce” as it’s greatest! And taste the limoncello, which is home made. I hope to be back soon as there are so many...

The starter we had was lovely, Burratina & Cherry Tomato & Basil. Unfortunately, the waitress on duty today got our main order wrong (we ordered the fish of the day for two, rather than fried fish). When she bought out the Fried Fish of the day, she curtly argued with me I had 100% ordered it and it must be my mistake. I do not eat prawns. I was quite taken aback by the rude tone when we had not got what we ordered. She returned to our table to say afterwards, that fish of the day was not available anymore and asked us to order something else. We asked for the bill. After paying the bill, she did come back to apologise, which is why I have upped the review to a 3, rather than a 2. Unfortunately, it was too little too late. A shame as seemed like...

Found this nice osteria when wandering round the city. For lunch I had fresh scallops on the grill, that where excellent and pasta with cuttlefish and bottarga. This was well balanced. As I was alone I bought wine per glas, and Giullia who served me, chose very nice wines that went perfect with my dishes. I reserved in the evening with my wife. They gave us a nice table on the balcony. Again very nice dishes and a good selection of wines. Next day we went back but because of problems on the road arrived late, just before closing. But with a smile they helped us and served us very well. A bad day ended very nice thanks to the staff´s kindness and excellent dishes. A place to return...

Great atmosphere. Food was unique and delicious. For starters we had the foie gras with berries and pineapple sauce (tasted great and the foie gras was light) and the cold tomato soup (super deep flavor. Highly recommend if you like fresh tomato). For mains had the Rabbit with fried polenta sticks, tempura broccoli and smoked porcini sauce (absolutely delicious. An excellent dish) and the scallops (beautifully presented and tasted good too). Passed on desert, but had an espresso that was smooth in flavor. Service was fantastic. Very attentive and accommodating even for the baby. We ate outside. The interior decor looks great. Would be great for a nice night out for a date.
