Amazing combination of quality and efficiency, like a ballet of beautiful dishes under your eyes. Many people including locals come to enjoy the €12 fixed menu with only a limited choice of secundi piatti, which is lovely and generous anyhow. It may be a wise choice since the menu template is just list of hard to resist temptations. Warning for those who may be put off: horsemeat is also served. The piazzetta Chiavica is delightfully cool and quiet, a haven just a few streets away from the crowded center. Interestingly, the restaurant has its own distillery, offering several grappas and other fragrant Italian brandies, but it was noon and hot so we passed on that--a slight frustration and a good reason to come back!
