Big Echo Karaoke — Local services in Osaka

I've been to a few karaoke places before but this is the first time this has happened to me. So, usually from this brand store they will call about 10 minutes before to tell you soon your time is up; however, for the first time ever, instead of that, I was simply told my time was out when I still had 10 minutes left! I was really confused. I did try to tell and show the worker my receipt time said 4:30 and not 4:20. Overall, I feel a little unsatisfied because I lost 10 minutes...

I don't really watch anime so I don't know about their song choices on that for English speaker, but I suggest if anything, look up the english lyrics on your song while you play the Japanese anime song version. For sure though, the popular songs by big artists like Taylor swift and whatnot, are plentiful~ Exposing myself a little, but they have lots of Disney songs that some of the other karaoke...

We came here because after checking Reddit it was English friendly karaoke place - big mistake. The staff is friendly and they get 10/10 but the place is the worst. The karaoke system is not working properly, mic are not picking up unless you're glued to it, and even then it's 50/50 and they don't have any anime songs with English subs like other places. The menu is limited and prices are ridiculous considering there are karaoke left and right. If you want to enjoy karaoke - stay away! There is cheaper place near it with the cat logo ( NOT jankara) that is cheaper and had better system and prices!...

専門学生です。15時頃に行きましたが接客態度が酷かったです。灰色のベストを着ていたので店長やマネージャーなどの上の役職の方ように見えました。背の低い男性の店員さんです。学生証が無いのでそれに変わる物を出してもいいか聞くと鼻で笑いながら｢それはダメですね｣と返されました。学生証に変わるものを用意出来なかったので退店しようと思い、｢すみませんやっぱり大丈夫です｣という旨を伝え出口に向かう際には無視されました。学生証を用意できずそのまま退店し時間をかけてしまった私にも落ち度はありますがいくらなんでも接客態度が悪すぎです。私も同業者なのでフロント業務（受付業務）を行うことはありますが、あんな接客の仕方は学んでいないので驚きました。10歳程年齢が離れているように見えましたが私でもあんな接客はしません。相手が学生だからなのかは知りませんが舐めた接客はやめられた方が良いかと思います。今一度接客態度について指導を受けてみることをオススメいたします。操作の仕方がおぼつかないだとか、多少のミスを犯すとか、そんなことよりも初歩的なことが出来ないって恥ずかしいことですよ。
