I’m a foreigner and this place caught my eye while going through Google. I wondered if the language barrier would be a problem. Upon reaching out via LINE, I realized it is not as difficult as it seems. I have used Google translate to help send my request through Japanese. The staff/ nail technician in charge of the LINE was very considerate on my lack of understanding japanese. She easily explained the process on booking an appointment and led me through the location of the salon when I arrived. I was very grateful for her services since she had turned my design request, via LINE, to reality 🌸😍 The cost for this set was entirely fair and would recommend it.

10 stars. She was GREAT! So accommodating and she made sure to reply to my chats throughout what I’m sure was her busy workday, and she made time for me later on the evening as well. We chatted and laughed and she was very open to the changes to the design I wanted. She was extremely gentle with my nails, cuticles, and eponychium and even though my nails were looking rough, they turned out so well. AND can you tell which two fingers were broken before she applied extensions? Exactly.
